What tools do I need to use the templates?
All PinTemplateStudio templates are designed for Canva. A free Canva account works perfectly — you don't need Canva Pro. After purchase you receive a Canva template link; click "Use template" and it copies to your account instantly.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
No. All templates are designed to look great with a free Canva account. Some of the fonts used are Canva Pro fonts, but we always include free font alternatives and styling notes so your pins look just as beautiful without Pro.
How do Canva template links work?
When you click a Canva template link, it opens in your browser and shows a "Use template" button. Clicking that creates a personal copy of the template in your Canva account. You can then edit, duplicate, and use it as many times as you like — it's yours forever.
Can I edit the templates on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The free Canva app is available on iOS and Android and allows full editing of all templates. For the best experience, especially when setting up a template for the first time, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.
How many pin templates are included in each pack?
Each pack includes between 30 and 50 unique pin designs, depending on the pack. Larger bundles like the Ultimate Pinterest Marketing Template Bundle include 400+ templates across all niches. The exact number is listed on each product page.
Purchase & Download
How do I purchase a template pack?
Click the "Buy Now" button on any product page and you'll be taken to our secure checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. After payment, your Canva template link is emailed to you within minutes.
How do I access my templates after purchase?
You'll receive a purchase confirmation email within a few minutes of payment. This email contains your Canva template link(s) and any bonus resources included in your pack. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
What if I lose my template link or can't find my email?
No problem. Email us at hello@pintemplatestudio.com with your purchase email address and we'll resend your template links immediately. We keep records of all purchases so you'll never permanently lose access.
Is there a discount for buying multiple packs?
Yes! Our Ultimate Pinterest Marketing Template Bundle gives you all 14 packs combined at a fraction of buying them individually. If you want a custom bundle of specific packs, email us at hello@pintemplatestudio.com and we'll set something up.
Pinterest & Pin Sizes
What size are the Pinterest pin templates?
All templates are sized at 1000 × 1500px (2:3 ratio) — Pinterest's officially recommended pin size for maximum visibility and reach in the smart feed. This size works perfectly for both standard and idea pins.
How do I download my finished pins from Canva?
Once you've edited your pin in Canva, click the "Share" button in the top right, then "Download." Choose PNG for the best quality (recommended for Pinterest) or JPG for smaller file sizes. Canva's free plan allows unlimited PNG/JPG downloads.
Do the templates come with Pinterest growth tips?
Yes! Every pack includes a bonus Pinterest strategy guide as a PDF. This covers pin scheduling, keyword research, board optimisation, and our top tips for growing your monthly views quickly. Some packs also include a Pinterest description template pack.
Customisation
Can I change the colours and fonts to match my brand?
Absolutely. Every element in the templates is fully editable — colours, fonts, text, images, backgrounds, and layouts. You can add your logo, change every colour to match your brand palette, and swap fonts. The Canva editor makes this extremely fast.
Can I add my own photos to the templates?
Yes! All templates with image placeholders allow you to drag and drop your own photos directly into pre-built frames in Canva. You can also use images from Canva's free photo library or upload images from your device.
Can I share the templates with my team or VA?
Yes. The standard licence allows you to share the Canva template with team members, virtual assistants, or business partners working for the same business. In Canva, you can use the "Share" feature to grant edit access to collaborators.
Licensing
Can I use the templates for my clients?
The standard licence covers use for one business (your own). For client work, you need to purchase a separate licence per client, or choose the Ultimate Bundle which includes commercial use rights. Please see our

Can I resell or redistribute the templates?
No. Our templates are for personal and business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files publicly. Creating derivative template products for resale based on our designs is also prohibited. See our

How many businesses can I use one purchase for?
Each purchase is licensed for one business (one brand/company). If you run multiple separate businesses, you'll need a separate purchase for each. Team members working within the same business can all use the same purchased template.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a full

What support do you offer after purchase?
Every purchase includes email support. Email hello@pintemplatestudio.com and we'll reply within 24 hours. We also include a detailed setup guide and video walkthrough with every template pack to help you get started quickly.
Updates
Do I get free updates when new designs are added?
Yes! All purchases include lifetime free updates. When we add new pin designs to a pack you've purchased, we'll email you the updated Canva link automatically. You never pay again for improvements to a pack you already own.
How often are the templates updated?
We update existing packs regularly — typically every 2–3 months — adding fresh designs, new colour palettes, and improvements based on customer feedback. We also release entirely new packs several times a year. Newsletter subscribers are always the first to know.
