Important: By purchasing and accessing any PinTemplateStudio template, you agree to be bound by this End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA"). Please read it before purchase. This licence governs all permitted and prohibited uses of our digital template files.
This End-User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and PinTemplateStudio ("Licensor") for the use of Pinterest pin template files ("Templates") purchased from pintemplatestudio.com.
This Agreement grants you specific rights to use the Templates as described below, and reserves all other rights for PinTemplateStudio. Your licence takes effect immediately upon receipt of your Canva template link or download files following purchase.
PinTemplateStudio templates are sold under two licence tiers:

The Commercial Licence includes all Standard Licence permissions, plus the following:

Regardless of licence type, the following are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these restrictions results in immediate licence termination and may subject you to legal action for copyright infringement.
This Agreement grants you a licence to use the Templates — it does not transfer ownership. PinTemplateStudio retains full ownership of all intellectual property in and to the Templates, including all copyright, design rights, and proprietary information.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by PinTemplateStudio.
All purchases include free lifetime updates to the specific template pack(s) purchased. This means:
This licence is effective from the date of purchase and continues unless terminated. PinTemplateStudio may terminate your licence immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement, use templates outside your licensed scope, or attempt to infringe upon our intellectual property.
Upon termination you must immediately cease using all template files. Termination caused by your breach does not entitle you to a refund.
Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PinTemplateStudio does not warrant that templates will meet every specific creative requirement or that use of the templates will achieve any particular result on Pinterest. You are solely responsible for how you use and present the templates.
